The Breakout Hunter Alerts mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Breakout Hunter LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using this Service, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service.
First Light Beacon, Hunters Club, and related trading tools and software are products and services offered by Breakout Hunter LLC.
1. Program Description
The Breakout Hunter Alerts messaging program provides subscribers with notifications and updates related to services operated by Breakout Hunter LLC, including the First Light Beacon ecosystem.
The First Light Beacon ecosystem is a proprietary trading software and education platform developed and operated by Breakout Hunter LLC. It includes trading tools, indicators, analytics, educational material, and community resources designed to help traders study market structure, price location, and trading concepts.
Messages sent through this program may include:
• platform updates
• educational trading content
• service announcements
• community notifications
• software updates related to the First Light Beacon ecosystem
• live session notifications
• updates related to the Hunters Club trading community
This messaging program is intended to provide informational updates and service communications for users interacting with Breakout Hunter platforms and services.
2. Trading Communication Disclaimer
Messages sent through the Breakout Hunter Alerts messaging program are informational and educational in nature and are intended to provide updates about Breakout Hunter services, the First Light Beacon ecosystem, and related community activities.
Breakout Hunter LLC does not send trading signals through this SMS messaging program.
Specifically, messages sent through this Service will not include:
• buy or sell alerts
• trading signals
• investment recommendations
• profit alerts
• individualized financial advice
SMS communications may include platform announcements, educational information, community updates, live session notifications, and general informational alerts related to Breakout Hunter services.
Participation in the Breakout Hunter Alerts messaging program does not constitute financial advice and does not represent a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
3. Opt-In Process
Users opt in to receive SMS messages from Breakout Hunter LLC through a Discord verification page associated with the Breakout Hunter community.
During the verification process, users are presented with two separate checkboxes:
• The first checkbox verifies the user is a real person and allows access to the Breakout Hunter Discord community.
• The second checkbox is optional and allows the user to consent to receiving SMS updates from Breakout Hunter LLC.
Users are only added to the SMS messaging list if they voluntarily select the checkbox agreeing to receive SMS updates.
After the form is submitted, a double opt-in verification SMS message is sent to the provided phone number. The user must confirm their consent by replying to the verification message (for example by replying YES) before being subscribed to receive informational or marketing messages.
If the verification message is not confirmed, the user will not be subscribed to the messaging program.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS Service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number or short code you received messages from.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin the messaging program, you may sign up again through the original opt-in process and confirm your subscription through the verification message.

Breakout Hunter LLC reserves the right to modify these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued participation in the messaging program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
