Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to provide sign-in sessions, protect forms from unauthorized requests, remember limited service state, and maintain security. Third-party checkout, scheduling, video, font, or analytics services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you load or interact with those services. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
How We Use Website and Service Information
We may use the information described in this policy to operate and secure the website and software; authenticate accounts and confirm entitlements; provide assessment results; process, administer, and support subscriptions; schedule demonstrations; answer questions; deliver updates and support; diagnose reliability or security problems; improve our services; enforce our terms; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service Providers and Embedded Services
We use service providers to perform work on our behalf. Depending on the feature you use, these may include Whop for checkout, accounts, and subscription administration; Zoom for demonstration scheduling or meetings; YouTube for embedded video; Soro for blog content generation, publication, and delivery; Google for hosted fonts and, when enabled, analytics or tag services; and providers that support hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, customer support, security, and diagnostics. These providers may process information under their own privacy notices and terms.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer involving all or part of the business. We do not sell personal identification information as described in the published policy.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and support records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No website, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may choose not to provide optional information, unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in the message, and manage supported subscription or account settings through the applicable account provider. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction concerning certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification of your request.
Children
First Light Beacon services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Our company and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Members through various interactions, such as when they enroll in a membership, sign up for our newsletter, or participate in other services, activities, or features provided by First Light Beacon. Members are welcome to access the platform anonymously, and personal information will only be collected if voluntarily submitted by the Member. While Members may choose not to provide personal information, this may limit their ability to engage fully in certain aspects of the platform.
